Job Title: Merchandiser Erie and Niagara Counties

Wright Beverage Distributing is seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Erie and Niagara Counties. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service aligned with Wright Beverage Distributing quality and merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow and maintain Wright Beverage Distributing Retail and Quality standards.
  • Adhere to Merchandiser Steps for Success.
  • Consistently demonstrate Wright Beverage Distributing core values.
  • Fulfill coolers, shelves, and displays with Wright Beverage Distributing products.
  • Build and maintain displays.
  • Utilize supplier rebates and designated point of sale/signage.
  • Organize back room inventory.
  • Monitor all code dates in stores, pull close dated or out of code product off shelves for pick-up at next scheduled delivery.
  • Report back to supervisor and/or sales rep any problems or potential opportunities that may arise during the day.
  • Check in and out with Account Manager at each visit.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills with ability to problem solve.
  • Minimum 1 year Merchandising experience.
