Job SummaryKP Washington Family Medicine Residency is a 6-6-6 community-based innovative urban family medicine residency program that has trained family physicians since 1969. We provide full-spectrum residency training in a longitudinal curriculum and immersion within one of the most advanced delivery systems in the country. We are seeking applicants for a faculty position who are passionate and experienced in improving diversity and equity in residency training and clinical care.
Responsibilities- Precept residents in clinic
- Advise and mentor residents
- Develop and oversee curriculum
- Provide obstetrics care and teaching
- MD or DO completion of approved residency program or certification
- Current unrestricted license in the state of Washington and credentialed by KP
- Board certification within three years of employment
- At least two years of clinical practice
- Teaching experience and clinical leadership
- Proficiency in majority of outpatient procedures
- Competitive salary range of $267,336 to $314,513
- Prorated based on FTE
- Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance

- Four weeks of paid vacation leave and eight paid holidays
- Continuing medical education leave and funding
