Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to hospitalized patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in code responses and provide critical care to patients in need.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the medical record.
