About the Role: Aya Locums is seeking a skilled ENT specialist to join our team in Northern California. As a locum tenens physician, you will provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical services as an ENT specialist, including surgeries and clinic visits
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in hospital privileges and credentialing process
- Collaborate with our team to meet the needs of patients and hospitals
Requirements:
- Board-certified or eligible ENT specialist
- Current CA MD license and DEA certification
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
- Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional weekend coverage
- 60% adult and 40% pediatric patient load
- 95% clinic and 5% hospital-based practice
- 60% non-surgical and 40% surgical cases
