Job Summary:

As a Pharmacy Cashier at Walgreens, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for operating a cash register, processing transactions, and providing assistance to customers with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Assist customers with their purchases, including answering questions and making recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and disposing of trash
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless customer service and accurate prescription processing

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
