We are seeking a friendly and approachable MVD Greeter to join our team at ATA Services, Inc.
Job Summary:The MVD Greeter will be responsible for greeting customers as they enter the Motor Vehicle Department, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and ask if they have an appointment
- Direct customers to the identified area if they have an appointment
- Work with customers to schedule an appointment if they do not have one
- Provide strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting
The MVD Greeter will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and providing excellent service.
