MVD Receptionist

ATA Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a MVD Greeter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals visiting our Motor Vehicle Department locations.

• Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome visitors to our Motor Vehicle Department locations and provide assistance with scheduling appointments, directing them to the correct area, and answering any questions they may have.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer a positive and professional experience to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued.
• Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Be able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
• Meet Requirements: Pass a background check and fingerprinting, and meet all other requirements for the role.

• Strong Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
• Ability to Work in a Team Environment: Be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Basic Computer Skills: Have basic computer skills and be able to learn our systems and processes quickly.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to provide proof of education.
