Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned healthcare administrative professional to serve as a Senior Practice Manager in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of all assigned facilities, deploying clinical providers, implementing corporate policies and procedures, and serving as the primary liaison with practice providers, clinical leadership, and clients.

Paid Time Off

Responsibilities
  • Understand hospital contractual requirements and educate providers accordingly.
  • Process all provider contractual requirements, coordinate employment contract amendments, and assure generation of proper Personnel Action Forms.
  • Prepare detailed financial analytics relative to labor cost management and understand the complexities of revenue cycle management.
  • Act as liaison with Accounting and Finance to resolve financial-related practice and/or budget issues.
  • Monitor pay for performance incentives.
  • Interface with Corporate resources as necessary to ensure the effective and efficient operations of the practices at each facility.
  • Integrally involved in new business, including new growth and acquisitions.
  • Able to effectively manage projects related to the specialty's strategic objectives with limited oversight from the Practice Leader.
  • Communicate activities, events, and concerns to the appropriate responsible parties.
  • Keep upper management informed of key happenings and events.
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

  • Advanced Excel experience required.
  • Operations/Accounting/Payroll experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare/business administration or related field from four-year College or university required, Master's Degree strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years' experience in healthcare industry, including direct interfacing with physicians and clinical providers.
