About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager - Senior to join our team at RailPros. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading major program teams, overseeing technical, legal, and financial aspects of the entire program, and establishing program objectives, guidelines, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead major program teams for the organization
  • Familiar with transportation clients and their rail and transit needs
  • Sales and pre-marketing to expand PM services in CA and West Coast
  • Supervise multiple organizational segments or teams
  • Recommend necessary facilities, personnel, and funds for program implementation
  • Oversee technical, legal, and financial aspects of the entire program
  • Establish program objectives, guidelines, and requirements
  • Collaborate as a leader within an office team environment
  • Other duties as assigned or required to meet the business needs
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of rail and transit industry standards and guidelines
  • Strong business development skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with railroad clients
  • Proficient in program management with at least 10 years of experience
  • Lifelong learner, continuously updating knowledge on contemporary issues
  • Other duties as assigned or required to meet business needs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Civil Engineer Degree from an accredited University
  • 15 years' experience
