Position Overview:

Employment Type:

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, standard business hours, hybrid model with the option of three days on-site each week, and minimal travel expected.

Compensation:
$70,000 - $95,000 base salary plus comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage in discussions with departments and clients to pinpoint potential audit activities and assess risk profiles.
2. Conduct interviews with business units to gain insights into processes subject to auditing, and prepare narratives and walkthroughs.
3. Contribute to the design and documentation of relevant audit programs and testing plans to mitigate risks in assigned areas.
4. Execute testing by applying knowledge of business processes, accounting principles, auditing standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
5. Collect sufficient evidence of control execution, utilizing data analytics to select optimal samples for testing.
6. Document audit findings to support observations and conclusions, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; a major in these fields is preferred.
- CPA, CIA, or CFE certifications are advantageous.
- A minimum of two years of hands-on auditing experience is required, with a preference for financial or operational auditing.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor are essential.
