About the Role

Verge Mobile, a T-Mobile Premium Partner, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and selling T-Mobile products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Sell T-Mobile products and services, including wireless plans, devices, and accessories, to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Verge Mobile.
  • Stay up-to-date on T-Mobile products and services, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move around the store as needed.
