Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A genuine passion for service and support.

Preferred Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the initial orientation process for new team members.

  • Ensures timely processing of leave of absence requests.
  • Manages employment records to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
