About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior plans based on these assessments, under the supervision of a certified BCBA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with families, treatment teams, and service providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Develop ABA treatment plans and behavior support plans based on evidence-based methodologies.
  • Collect data and train RBTs to collect data to assess plan efficacy and make data-based decisions.
