Job Summary:

This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can multitask effectively, manage multiple orders, and maintain attention to detail while ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-of-house operations, including guest greetings, order taking, and payment processing.
  • Utilize technology to streamline ordering processes and minimize wait times for guests.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regular guests, understanding their preferences and adapting to their needs.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other colleagues to guarantee timely order fulfillment and overall efficiency.
