Opportunity: Temp-to-Hire Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment.
  • Interpret and follow the production schedule effectively.
  • Assemble components in accordance with customer packaging specifications.
  • Comply with both verbal and written instructions diligently.
  • Understand and execute standard work procedures alongside customer requirements.
  • Conduct final visual inspections of products before storage.
  • Perform quality checks including flame treatment, sprue height, and other metrics, documenting results accurately.
  • Communicate any quality or machinery concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
  • Prepare packaging materials as necessary.
  • Follow established quality work instructions.
  • Adhere to environmental policies and practices.
  • Assist colleagues during breaks as needed.

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and manual dexterity. Employees must be able to lift and move items up to 35 pounds regularly and push up to 300 pounds with appropriate equipment. Vision capabilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Work Environment

Employees will be exposed to moving mechanical parts and various conveyor systems. Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and high noise levels is expected.
