Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Mt. Washington, KY area. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily maintenance tasks, including repairs, cleaning, and painting of vacant units.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete all maintenance work orders in a timely manner
- Inspect grounds daily for needed repairs, such as gutters, downspouts, roofing, siding, water leaks, HVAC units, etc.
- Daily trash pickup on complex grounds, including curbs, landscaping, and dumpster areas
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
- Solid experience in property or apartment maintenance
- Knowledge of carpentry, dry-wall, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
- Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
