About the Role

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Controls & Automation group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing automation systems for various industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automation systems using industry-standard software and hardware
  • Implement and test automation systems to ensure they meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on industrial automation
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java
  • Experience with automation software and hardware, including PLCs, HMI, and SCADA systems
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including control systems and instrumentation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
