Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Financial Services Professional to join our team at AAA of Western & Central NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing road service call transactions, managing accounts payable, and providing operational support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process road service call transactions, including verifying work performed by dispatchers and contracted garages, generating audit queries, and processing adjustments to contractor payments.
  • Review and process invoices submitted by New York State Thruway providers and other vendors for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide operational support to members, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Manage private service reimbursement processing, including calculating and coordinating payments to members according to Club guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or similar clerical tasks.
  • Strong accounting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with contractor and vendor representatives, members, and co-workers.
