Responsibilities with include...

• Process, review, and reconcile client billing statements accurately and on schedule
• Handle customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and policy adjustments professionally and efficiently
• Monitor accounts for discrepancies, missed payments, and provide appropriate follow-up
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve billing processes
• Ensure compliance with all industry standards, company policies, and regulations
• Administer policy billing accommodations within department guidelines
• Carry out routine month-end closing functions, including daily summaries.
• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and/or billing is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive information
• Familiarity with billing software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management abilities
