Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Barista experience preferred
