Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Agua Caliente Casinos. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including espresso machines and cash registers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 6 months of related experience preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.
  • Ability to complete and show proof of Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Certificate through Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control within 60 days of employment.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing, moving, and working throughout the property, including walking up to 1 1/2 miles, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment.
