Ceramic Tile Specialist Job Overview

The Ceramic Tile Specialist plays a crucial role in the application of bespoke tiles across various residential and commercial ventures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, mark, clean, and level surfaces designated for tiling.
  • Remove existing flooring and adhesives as necessary.
  • Prepare thin set, mortar, adhesives, and grout mixtures.
  • Apply adhesives to create a stable base for tile installation.
  • Utilize grouting, caulk, sealants, or other materials on finished surfaces.
  • Cut and shape tiles or stones to meet specified dimensions.
  • Transport materials as needed for installation.
  • Effectively communicate project progress with team members.
  • Accurately complete timecards and reports.
  • Collaborate professionally with colleagues.
  • Maintain and utilize tools in accordance with company standards.
  • Deliver materials to job sites as required.
  • Construct installation frameworks when necessary.
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Execute additional tasks as directed.
