Business Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team at PCRK Group. As a Business Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting and supporting the Senior General Manager with overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Assist the Senior General Manager in all team management aspects, including hiring, training, and promoting a positive culture.
  • Goal Management: Have a successful track record in goal management and assist the Senior General Manager in achieving company-driven goals.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform strong administrative/back-office skills, including sales and customer service in a retail setting.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and assist in the development of a positive and empowering work culture.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in sales and customer service in a retail setting.
  • Experienced in training staff.
  • Experienced in spa management (Highly Preferred).
  • Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred).
