This position focuses on managing Private/Non-Profit Directors and Officers (D&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPL), and Fiduciary claims that are of moderate to high complexity. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages
- Engage in mediations and negotiate settlements
- Prepare comprehensive case summary reports
- Maintain communication with clients and brokers
Essential Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree
- 5+ years of legal experience in the insurance sector
- Adjuster license(s) are mandatory
Desirable Qualifications:
- Active member of the Bar
- Experience in handling claims related to D&O, EPL, and Fiduciary matters
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
