Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Otolaryngology Specialist to join our esteemed medical team.

The successful candidate will be passionate about establishing a comprehensive ENT practice, with a focus on either Otology or Laryngology.


Position Overview:

Candidates must be either Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible, actively pursuing board certification within a specified timeframe. Additional expertise in Otology or Laryngology is highly desirable.

Join a collaborative practice environment supported by two audiologists and one advanced practice provider, where you will engage in outpatient, inpatient, and clinical settings.

Reason for Vacancy: Retirement of a current provider.

Enjoy a balanced work schedule with a 4-day work week, comprising three days in the clinic and one day in the operating room.

Call responsibilities are shared equally among providers and can be managed from home. Physicians typically handle their own patient calls unless another provider is unavailable. There is no automatic emergency room call, but the option to participate in facial trauma cases is available. Generally, the call volume is low, averaging one call every few days.

In the clinic, you can expect to see approximately 20-25 patients daily, with 40 minutes allocated for new patients and 20 minutes for follow-ups.

This position is within a Level 3 Trauma Center, ensuring that our team provides exceptional care and service to our patients.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Truly Board Eligible (within five years of eligibility and actively pursuing Board Certification)
  • CO medical license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Clean malpractice history
  • Additional training in Otology or Laryngology is preferred
