We’re searching for an otolaryngologist to join our experienced team at Fort HealthCare Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists

  • Full-time; 4 - 4.5 days of direct patient care including at least 1 surgery day.
  • Join a 2-surgeon and one ENT APP practice in providing general otolaryngology care.
  • Practice includes full allergy and audiology services.
  • Access to in-office balloon sinuplasty suite and procedure room.
  • Our ENT surgeons average between 20-26 outpatient visits daily and approximately 300 surgeries per year
  • Access to ENT sub-specialists in nearby Madison or Milwaukee.
  • Competitive base salary with plenty of opportunity for production-based bonus.

Fort Medical Group:
  • A wholly owned for-profit subsidiary of Fort HealthCare Inc., consists of 50 physicians and 11 mid-level providers in multiple specialties (internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, general surgery, ENT, orthopedics, dermatology, behavioral health, and wound care) conducting clinics in Fort Atkinson and 12 surrounding communities
