Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $25.75 per hour, including tips. Compensation may vary based on skill level, experience and/or education, subject to local wage and hour laws.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fish Cutter to join our team at Kura Sushi Las Vegas. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately cutting, preparing and portioning fish for our revolving sushi menu.

  • You will work closely with our culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
