Key Responsibilities- Administer medications to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Monitor and report any medication errors or discrepancies.
- Provide quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Participate in community activities and events, fostering a sense of community and social connection among residents.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current Med Tech or QMAP certification required.
- One year of experience in senior services preferred.
- CPR certification required upon hire.
