Responsibilities and Duties- Provide comprehensive personal care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Prioritize work assignments to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
- Complete and submit required paperwork, including daily notes, route sheets, and documentation reflecting care given as indicated on the patient's plan of care
- Exhibit courtesy, cooperation, and compassion toward patients, physicians, and fellow workers to create a positive work environment
- 18 years or older
- Valid Driver's License
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Current/Active CNA license
