Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure proper inventory levels and assist customers with special orders, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Team Leadership: Work with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction, set sales objectives for the parts staff, and calculate monthly incentives as needed.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain a clean and receivable parts schedule, coordinate all parts returns and scraps for OEM and non-OEM returns.
  • Forecasting: Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department, ensuring alignment with company targets.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to drive the team to achieve maximum productivity, lead and grow your team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Inventory Control Skills: Superior inventory control skills, ability to utilize our parts inventory management system (RIM) and minimize obsolescence.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Computer Skills: Ability to learn new processes and utilize computer systems to drive business growth.
