Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state safety and health regulations, as well as implementing best practices and company policies. Key responsibilities include:
  • Working closely with all divisions of the organization for accountability to the safety program.
  • Implementing strategies to improve safety across the organization.
  • Promoting safety awareness through meetings and training of all divisions within the organization.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • 7-10 years of experience in a safety position in a construction industry.
  • Valid Driver's License (must meet the requirements of the Custom Concrete Driver's Program).
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
