Role Overview

As a Product Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in identifying and addressing potential quality issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, and implementing effective solutions to prevent defects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
  • Quality Engineering Support: Provide support to manufacturing and product development teams to ensure the development and production of high-quality products.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the risk of quality issues.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, specifications, and reports.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, product development, and quality assurance, to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, science).
  • 2-5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
