As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and supporting the preparation and presentation of food items for concessions and catered events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, athletes, and spectators
  • Process sales transactions, including cash, check, credit, and meal plan card transactions
  • Prepare and present a wide variety of food items for concessions and/or catered events
  • Maintain cleanliness, stock, and organize assigned stations
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing schedules and tasks
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant food service, barista, or cash handling experience
  • Basic proficiency in English, including reading, writing, math, and verbal articulation
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. occasionally and up to 50 lbs. (minimal)
  • Must be able to reach over your head and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional education and food service or production kitchen experience
  • Knowledge of proper sanitation and HACCP procedures, as well as ServSafe Certification
