Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Women's Float Pool team at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in various units, including NICU, Labor & Delivery, Mother/Infant, and OB/GYN Antepartum.

Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs
  • Instruct and educate patients and families on various aspects of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their loved ones
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license
  • Current BLS certification
  • At least two or more years of experience in at least two of the following focus areas: Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby, OB/GYN Antepartum, and/or NICU
