We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest. As a Float Pool Nurse, you will provide clinical and administrative support on various units within the facility, including ICU's, Telemetry Units, Medical/Surgical Units, and Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care and education to patients and their families
- Administer medications and perform various nursing tasks
- Coordinate unit activities and ensure accountability of assigned tasks
- Collaborate with the clinical team to create and implement care plans
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or has a Compact license
- Minimum of three years of acute care experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
