Job Summary:
We are seeking a Branch Operations Director at Supreme Lending. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing branch staff activities and ensuring excellent quality service is provided to our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- You will recruit, hire, and train branch personnel to maximize production levels.
- Motivate staff to achieve performance goals through regular feedback and coaching.
- Monitor the quality of loans originated by loan officers and ensure they meet company policy guidelines.
- Establish and control the branch's budget and income goals within predetermined guidelines.
- Oversee branch performance and communicate goals and policy changes to branch personnel.
- Generate new business through contacts with builders, developers, and realtors to expand market share.
- E nsure all functions are in compliance with federal, state, regulatory, and company policy and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- You must have a Bachelor Degree in Business or a related field, preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years mortgage banking experience, with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of the residential mortgage origination process.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
