Key Responsibilities
  • Create personalized experiences for each patient
  • Become an advocate for patients to ensure memorable smiles
  • Schedule appointments, accommodating scheduling conflicts
  • Prepare dental materials and equipment for scheduled treatments
  • Function as a treatment coordinator, preparing and presenting treatment plans to patients
  • Maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment inventory
  • Assist with patient management during dental procedures
  • Support team members and pods proactively
  • Complete instrument cleaning & sterilization, post-op sanitization of treatment rooms
  • Collect and record patient health history
  • Attend internal meetings and complete required training
Competencies Required
  • General Dentistry knowledge
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic computer skills, including dental software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assignments

  • Confidentiality in handling patient information
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • RDA/QRDA certification, preferred
  • Prophy and sealant experience, preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend
  • Capacity to withstand moderate noise levels from dental equipment
  • Exceptional hand dexterity
  • Near Vision - close-range visual acuity
  • Lifting capacity of at least 35 pounds
