Position Overview

We are seeking a committed **Cottage and Cabanas Maintenance Specialist** to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our facilities. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of cottages and cabanas
  • Verify the proper operation of all appliances
  • Identify and report any damaged or unauthorized items
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requirements
Core Duties:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during interactions with guests and staff
  • Uphold cleanliness and compliance with resort standards across all areas
  • Restock essential items such as towels and toiletries
  • Organize guest toiletries in an orderly manner
  • Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces
  • Arrange furniture to maintain a tidy appearance
  • Dust and vacuum/sweep all surfaces diligently
  • Empty and sanitize trash receptacles
  • Ensure kitchen appliances are maintained in a clean and functional state
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
  • Thoroughly clean closets and guest locker rooms in cabanas
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Report any maintenance issues related to cabanas or cottages
  • Address and resolve housekeeping concerns in a timely manner
Work Schedule:
  • Flexible working hours available
Mental and Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to prioritize and manage daily tasks effectively
  • Capable of standing and squatting for extended periods
  • Must maintain an active presence throughout the workday

Compensation: $21.77 per hour
