Position Summary

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of mortgage loan officers and support staff to achieve home-lending production goals in accordance with PNC's core values.
  • Oversee the business integrity of the market, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow and retain an effective sales force, covering the geography of the market.
  • Drive productivity through sales initiatives and leverage marketing collateral to maximize market opportunity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to establish long- and short-term sales strategies.
  • Ensure activities align with customer experience expectations.
