Bristol Myers Squibb is a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering and developing innovative treatments for serious diseases. We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Molecular and/or Cellular Biologist to join our Cardiovascular Discovery group.

The successful candidate will support research efforts to discover and develop novel therapies for the treatment of serious cardiovascular disease, including genetic cardiomyopathies and heart failure. This will involve working collaboratively within the Molecular and Cellular technologies group to support BMS's Cardiovascular Research and Early Discovery efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cell culture and molecular biology techniques, with experience in iPSC handling and gene-editing techniques being highly desirable. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a key discovery function within the CV Discovery group and contribute to the development of life-changing treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support gene-editing of mammalian cells, including iPSCs, towards generating disease models.
  • Broad range of molecular and cell biology techniques to test and validate cellular models of novel therapeutic targets.
  • Analyze data, prepare reports and publications for cross-functional teams.
  • Support some lab management duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Bachelor's degree students with relevant lab experience.
  • Current Master's students with relevant lab experience.
