About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Oversee the installation of heavy civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and other critical infrastructure.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that expenses are within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets quality standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma required; construction management or civil engineering degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in construction.
  • Skill: Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $90,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
