Key Responsibilities- Department Management: Manage all aspects and employees of the company's Project Coordinating, Report Writing, and Field Technician Departments.
- Cross-Training: Cross-train employees to facilitate functional redundancies across project duties and responsibilities.
- Division of Labor: Develop and oversee the division of labor within the Project Coordinating Department and Field Technician Department.
- Scheduling and Direction: Direct and manage employee schedules, duties, and roles, and maintain a highly functioning office on a Monday-Saturday schedule.
- Project Coordination: Schedule projects, coordinate technicians, provide client updates and results, and ensure projects are completed.
- Reporting and Documentation: Write and format lab reports, prepare all reporting tables, and train other team members in the company reporting system and production of company deliverables.
- System Development: Continue to manage the development of Vert systems processing software.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and able to become proficient in company databases, project management systems, and third-party software applications.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and communication skills, with the ability to direct and manage a fast-paced office, explain tasks, and provide direction on projects.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Capable of directing various departments and prioritizing daily needs and projects, with a strong ability to train, review, and critique deliverables.
- Education and Experience: B.A. or B.S. from a 4-year University preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with system operations and an understanding of software applications and API communication.
