Customer Service Representative

La Clinica de Familia is a leading healthcare provider seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our clinical support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to Patient Inquiries: Professionally respond to all clinical, administrative, or access inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments in a timely manner, ensuring that patients receive the care they need.
- Request Refills and Referrals: Request medication refills and referrals as needed, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain Core Values: Demonstrate a commitment to La Clinica de Familia's core values of Trust, Quality, Respect, Responsibility, Commitment, and Team Work in all interactions.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and medical office experience in appointment scheduling and extensive public contact work, specifically through telephones.
- Clinical Background: Must pass a criminal background check and maintain a current driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Language Skills: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
