Position Overview

Salary: $26-$28/hr

Qualifications Required:

  • Active and valid CTRS (Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist) credential, recognized by the NCTRC
  • Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy or related field
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Ability to pass thorough background checks and drug screenings
  • Availability for both daytime and evening shifts
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial
  • High enthusiasm and energy levels are expected
  • CTRS professionals must travel and work in various settings including client homes and community locations
  • Experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing activity resources

Responsibilities:

As a CTRS professional with Supportive Community Innovations, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Recreational Therapy programs that align with NCTRC and Indiana Medicaid Waiver standards.
