RN PreOp PACU Specialist

As a Perioperative Registered Nurse at SCA Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes and experiences for our patients, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients preoperative and postoperative status to identify potential risks and develop individualized plans of care.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Implement evidence-based practices to promote patient safety and satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care and outcomes.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license to practice.
One year of experience in preoperative or PACU nursing, with a strong background in medical-surgical nursing.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with successful completion within 90 days of employment.

Competitive hourly rate of $45.00-$49.86, depending on experience.
