We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at United Memorial Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be the engine and heart of patient care, making a positive difference in the lives of our patients, their family members, and visitors every day.
About Our Hospital and UnitUnited Memorial Medical Center has been serving residents of Genesee County and surrounding rural communities since 1902. Our 131-bed facility offers a range of care services, including a state-of-the-art surgical department, wound care center, urgent care, maternity services, and a Joint Replacement Center of Excellence. We are proud to be a designated New York State Stroke Center and a Magnet Designated Hospital.
Responsibilities- Patient Satisfaction: Solicit and respond to patient feedback to improve service and processes that will enhance the patient experience.
- Medication Administration & Reporting: Administer medication and give/receive relevant reports, both written and verbal.
- Documentation: Ensure concise, pertinent, and complete patient care documentation using computerized medical record process.
- Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Registered Nurse license in New York State.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ACLS, NRP, and PALS preferred.
- 1+ years of critical care RN experience preferred.
