About the RoleThis is a full-time position in our Endoscopy department, working a day/evening schedule with occasional weekend and night call. You will be responsible for providing patient satisfaction, medication administration, and documentation, as well as participating in our Clinical Ladder Program and Certification Pay Program.
Responsibilities- Provide patient satisfaction by soliciting and responding to patient feedback to improve service and processes.
- Administer medication and give/receive relevant reports, both written and verbal.
- Ensure concise, pertinent, and complete patient care documentation using computerized medical record processes.
- Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Registered Nurse license in New York State.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- PALS and ACLS preferred (eventually required if not certified).
