Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a passionate sales professional to join our team at Fredrick Hage: Allstate Insurance. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for pursuing and responding to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who require insurance to protect their family from life's uncertainties.
You will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering insurance products that people need for their security and peace of mind. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that our clients are completely satisfied with our services.
Responsibilities include meeting new business production goals and objectives, processing customer policy change requests, and maintaining knowledge of new products. You will also be responsible for prospecting for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Requirements for this role include a successful sales background in retail, restaurant, hotel, and customer service industries. You must possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable. Additionally, you must be highly self-motivated and able to create relationships from a cold start.
