Heavy Duty Tow Truck Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Tow Truck Specialist to join our team at Bronco Towing LLC.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate a heavy duty tow truck to provide professional service to customers.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Utilize industry-leading apps to document services provided, maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct thorough inspections of the truck before and after each trip, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing assistance and support to all clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
- Complete TIM's (Traffic Incident Management Training) and Defensive Driving Class as required.
- Prior experience in heavy duty towing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates must be at least 25 years old.
- A good driving record and provision of a 39-month motor vehicle report are essential.
- Candidates must pass a drug test and background check.
- Ability to handle a physically demanding workload, including lifting or moving up to 60 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills are required.
- Good personality and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
- 5-10 hour shifts with 4 days off, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
