Heavy Duty Tow Truck Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Tow Truck Specialist to join our team at Bronco Towing LLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a heavy duty tow truck to provide professional service to customers.
  • Load and unload cargo, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Utilize industry-leading apps to document services provided, maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of the truck before and after each trip, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing assistance and support to all clients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Complete TIM's (Traffic Incident Management Training) and Defensive Driving Class as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in heavy duty towing is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Candidates must be at least 25 years old.
  • A good driving record and provision of a 39-month motor vehicle report are essential.
  • Candidates must pass a drug test and background check.
  • Ability to handle a physically demanding workload, including lifting or moving up to 60 pounds.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills are required.
  • Good personality and ability to work well in a team environment.
