About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operational efficiency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers through personalized interactions, offer product recommendations, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support inventory management by accurately completing point of sale and merchandise disposition practices.
  • Participate in daily service processes, including register balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • No prior retail experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older, with flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous client-facing experience in retail or a related industry.
Essential Functions
  • Ability to perform the accountabilities listed above.
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs.
  • Ability to comply with dress code requirements.
  • Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation.
  • Ability to operate and communicate on multiple frequency devices, handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
  • Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance and meet scheduling requirements as set by the company.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two-person lift.
  • Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push, and pull on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
  • Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.
  • Ability to comply with health and safety standards.
